I know 14227 is part of Cheektowaga, but I live about 20 miles away. Is it a safe area? What's the vibe? Up and coming or running down?

I checked basic statistics, feels like Tonawanda(14150). Is it comparable to Tonawanda? It is a OK area to invest in commercial properties(retail/store front)?

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Yes it is a decent place to invest in Commercial properties. It includes the Walden Galleria which is a large regional shopping center that draws from all over WNY, as well as Canada.

Demographics in this area are middle to lower middle, a few pockets of upper middle. A decent area, not particularly upscale or downscale. Very similar to Tonawanda but not as dense.

Where is the retail specifically?

You do have a range in 14227, not too drastic but there are some specific areas I would rather be invested in than others. Overall I would say it is a solid area. Property values seem strong in some areas (well, depends on school district as this zip is served by three, maybe four).

Tonawanda is probably a solid general comparison, but of course Tonawanda can vary too.
