Hi,
Looking to get fro the DePew Amtrak station to Niagara Falls USA in easiest manner. Then may possibly want to go on to visit Toronto. From there will be returning to west coast. Any suggestions on how to route this efficiently. Thanks.

Depending on which train you take you can take Amtrak directly to NFalls from Depew.

Just take Amtrak to Niagara Falls. If you want to go to Toronto, you can take ViaRail ( Canadian) :
Toronto-Niagara Falls train - Schedules | VIA Rail

Your only issue? You need a passport to go to Canada
