Perfect timing for us because we want to move. I bought 10 years ago in an area where I knew the resale would be good. We were supposed to move 2 years ago but didn't and now we have been rewarded. Perfect timing for a change plus we get to enjoy the new kitchen we put in for resale.

The article spells out the cycle of thinking which leads to a housing bubble....which will burst eventually unless justified by increased wages, increases in homeowner savings practices, banks maintaining an appropriate reserve, an increase in industries not associated with the residential market, and etc.
