Re taxes Why is Texas growing ? Austin gained 330,000 people & Houston gained 440,000 people
in just 5 years from 2010 to 2015 and Buffalo dying
They didn't try to move the Bills to Toronto. They moved a game a season for a few years to get more interest from that market. They already have the Argonauts in the CFL, which seems to do just fine and the Tiger-Cats are in Hamilton. Both of those teams have brand new stadiums as well.

Texas has also been on a push to get companies in other states to move there and they have has an energy boom in recent years.

Buffalo Bills market already has Rochester, Buffalo, N.Falls , Southern Ontario
and there is not enough business's to purchase the hundreds & hundreds of luxury
suites that's goes with new NFL Stadium's and tickets prices go up a lot with new stadiums
If you go any further south were business's are, your in Cleveland Brown & Pittsburg Steelers
territory

Texas, like most growing cities, county's & states. have well run governments, not dysfunctional city & county governments that have to have control boards for a decade

Texas does have dysfunctionality in their governments as well. They may not have a control board, but when we went to buy a house in tx and had to deal with the county, it was a nightmare. We kept getting different stories or government workers who had no clue. Also, right now, the towns are really sticking it to their residents when it comes to water. Water has been going up like crazy here. I'm talking a couple hundred dollar water bill for what we may pay around 60 dollars in buffalo. Property taxes are also increasing by large amounts in Texas due to all the growth. Huge increases. One can make the argument that the area is experiencing growth and the price of things will go up and yes that is true, but it still puts a strain on the residents who don't see wage increases that coincide. Also, tx is a more conservative state and a lot of their more social policies tend to exclude certain groups of people because those people's beliefs and lifestyles do not agree with texas' overall "morals and way of life".

The NYS taxpayers have been the ones supporting this team. I keep hearing how the Bills are the only real NYS team, so let's go with that. If a new stadium is built, it should be on the thruway somewhere between Rochester and Syracuse, and the team can become the NEW YORK BILLS. Now, no matter where you live, they can be your team. I81 and I390 go deep into the southern tier so there would be a potential 4 or more million fan base. Canadians can still just drive straight down I90. Not much longer time wise, as the boarder crossing is the biggest time consumer.

Currently Rochester has the majority of the luxury boxes, and believe me, the Buffalo Bills really aren't Rochester's chosen team. Maybe they could be, along with Syracuse, Binghamton, Corning, etc. Hey, maybe Corning Inc. would be interested in naming rights, or at least a few luxury boxes, or Dicks Sporting goods who I believe are headquartered in Endicott.

Seriously, why can't we all work together regionally? First project-removal of the thruway tolls. It could literally happen overnite. The prospect of high speed rail happening in the next 50 years is pie in the sky.

Why does Texas have massive growth year after year ? and Buffalo has lost population every single
year for the last 40 years, and already lost over half of the population
