Most of the new builds are patio homes & townhouses, Why would you need new schools
when you have over 40 years of losing population, that's why so many schools have already been closed and lots more school closings are coming as WNY keeps bleeding population and the brain drain continues mainly because the economy is horrendous and the taxes are insane. Yet the local media keeps trying to brainwash the sheep (aka weak minded) with their daily, even hourly propaganda non stop with One Buffalo, Buffalo Love etc...
Actually, according to this article, Rust Belt cities have had a brain gain. Despite the region losing population between 2000 and 2013, adults with bachelor's degrees rose 29.4%.

And the HS and every other farm someone sold out. And off Broadway neat Schwartz. Thank God we have no sewers and no plans for them... a septic requires over an acre of land..... I hope they never put it here.
Parts of the Clarence, Iroquois and Alden SD's are in the town of Lancaster as well.
