Lockport, kenmore , tonawanda and Nirth tonawanda are your best bets in your budget .

I'd have to agree that NT, Ton, Kenmore (probably closer to $1G) But if you are going for Kenmore then parts of N. Buffalo fit that bill as well but rents are higher. BTW, My $1G estimate is for a 3-BR flat. Prices are higher / lower depending.

Did the OP say they needed a 3br? I didn't see that in his post.
BTW, I have a 2 br lower in the village of williamsville and pay $630/month. Wasn't easy to find but they are out there.

Okay, I didn't see where the OP was informing anyone of what their requirements were. The 3-BR's in North Buffalo are 1300+ sq. ft. I don't know anything about apts in Wville. Maybe $620 is common, maybe not. Sounds like it isn't so the OP may not have much luck finding such a place...
