Then, you have the growth of Dronetech occurring in CNY. So, it would be nice if it could be a regional thing, but I don't know if that would work for Amazon.
Just curious, but what would be some sites in the city or area that would work? I also wonder if Niagara Falls could be an option given its proximity to Toronto, the Golden Horseshoe and the tourism on both sides of the Niagara River. It could help revitalize that city and the area.
I'd say odds are close to zero, even if NY throws a ton of corporate welfare their way.
I see it going somewhere in the Desert with stable temperatures, lack of natural disasters, and better business climate.
My bet would be Nevada or Arizona.
I live in Texas, and Texas is going to pitch hard for it, but even we have been losing deals to the desert southwest.
