Lockport is awful. I know it well, stay away from Niagara County. Williamsville, Kenmore and North Tonawanda are good options.

Yes, Williamsville South is the original HS. North/East were built later.

Maybe Washburn street, the rest seems ok east of transit road

Lockport is awful. I had a business there for 50+ years and I witnessed it firsthand. Its far from everything. If you grew up there and have money its not terrible. To move there, no way, plus the taxes are very high.
