Hello All, I need to relocate to Buffalo, NY in next 2-3 weeks time with my wife and three daughters so please help me in finding good living areas/apartments with Indian population around near Buffalo, NY, 14225. I am ready to drive 10-15 miles for my office located at 3101 Broadway, Buffalo, NY, 14225. My kids will go to Elementary school (Pre-K, 1st & 3rd graders) so it will be helpful if the Schools are in walking distances. Thanks in advance for providing help.
Check the Amherst Central, Sweet Home and Williamsville school districts. If your children are in those grades, then they likely going to be in the same school.
I think most Indians live in Amherst...
There are a lot of places that fit your bill. It sounds like you are interested in school rankings so you want to pick the wealthiest area you can afford. Williamsville comes to mind.
Do you have a price range in mind? Working in 14225 puts you 10-15 min from a decent concentration of Indian population near University at Buffalo Amherst campus. In general, you'll pay a bit more in zips 14221, 14051, 14228 than you would in 14225. The schools in the 3 zips I listed are frequently at/near the top of ratings done by Business First, so that's an added plus. You'll also appreciate low crime rates and a wide variety of nearby shopping, cultural activities, etc.

Doesn't East Amherst also have a pretty good sized Indian population as well?
Call UB. Ask if they can direct you to an Indian Student Organization or Professors active in the community. Also, houses of worship , if you are religious.
Finding someone from the Indian Community helps.... if you are really not getting any info, there are several large Indian supermarkets in the area.... call an owner, ask where the population is.
