I've never lived in Tonawanda or West Seneca but have lived in Cheektowaga for over 25 years. I find it pleasant and incredibly convenient. My nephew lives in West Seneca, near Orchard Park. I know they get more snow than we do. Granted, the bands can be more in the north but, for the most part, they fly south. My mother is in South Cheektowaga, near West Seneca and she will frequently receive more snow than I have and I'm only 10 minutes away.

I'm in North Cheektowaga (border of Williamsville). I can tell you the taxes suck but, that's NY in general. I'm not impressed with the Cleve Hill school district either. However, location and neighborhood, it's fine.

Yeah, Cleve Hill is pretty much an average district. Not the greatest, but not the worst. It still has a high grad rate and test scores are pretty much around the state average, give or take. https://data.nysed.gov/profile.php?instid=800000052314
