Austin/San Antonio new NFL Stadium is right behind this
Hey LVL (Las Vegas Loser), how much is being forked over to this billionaire owner so he can build a stadium for millionaires?

Eight games a year is really a big boost to the local economy? What is the current occupancy rate of hotels on Sundays from September to December? How many more people can you stuff into town?

And you better hope the Raiders good play this year is not a fluke, because nobody is flying to Vegas to watch a crappy 6-10 team, especially in a dome.

And if few people fly to town to see the team, say goodbye to the revenue stream that is supposed to pa for the bonds. And then look for the taxpayer bailout.

Football stadiums are economic losers. Downtown baseball stadiums are great. 81 games a year. Ask Pittsburgh about the benefits of the Pirates.

Lots of questions here. If I lived in Nevada I would not want this.

2.1 million as of 2015, not 2.5 million. Not sure how you get to 3.5 million in 2025.

And what about water? Not a problem?

It's great you are pro-Vegas. But stop beating on Buffalo. No reason for that at all. Nobody is moving from Buffalo to Vegas so they can deal blackjack. There are casinos in New York.

You folks don't have anything better to do? As a long term LV resident after many years in upstate...you guys are nuts.

Find another target. You do not and never will compete with LV.

And you will all enjoy coming here when you get old and tired of whacking through snow and driving on black ice.

Now please go in peace. And call me to buy a house when you get tired of breaking your body on the ice.

And if you actually care we get our water the same place as Los Angeles and San Diego and Phoenix and Tucson...except we get it first...

Tell the other guy to find another message board to bash the residents of Buffalo. We're not competing with vegas. Nobody cares to read everything negative from the other guy constantly.

Their is no water shortage, If/when it does happen, Their are plans already to build water Purification plants like they
have in Dubau, UAE & San Diego, But right now, their are more important projects to build such as Interstate 11, Las Vegas thur Phoenix and to Tucson, Which is know as the Sun Corridor and high speed rail to Las Vegas to Phoenix & Los Angeles, Arizona already has the first high speed rail line, Phoenix to Tucson already shovel ready and just waiting funding to start constrction

Also San Diego already just opened the 1st water purification , several more are under constuction & planned

Let it be. Of course there is a water shortage. Yes So. CA can have as much water as they wish at $1100 an Acre Foot and many rather ugly industrial plants on their coast. The farmers off the Colorado River pay around $10 an AF for water.

See the problem?

You need to get out of Buffalo. It has more water than it can ever deal with...and an ugly climate.

LV can go to 3 or 3.5 million with little trouble. Maybe more than that is we get organized in the SW.

But leave Buffalo alone. They have enough trouble trying to explain why they do so much worse than Rochester and Syracuse.
