One great thing about buffalo...they have a massive amount of water that is cheap. Here in texas, water
is expensive compared to upstate. People's water bills here in Texas can run a few hundred a month. You never hear of that in buffalo. and the water is not hard and full of minerals. I needed a water softner down here. I would be curious to know how much people's water bills are in the desert. I would imagine more than buffalo.

Don't bet on it. We pay the same amount for the water Buffalo does...nothing.

LV starts at about $2.00 per 1000 gallons and goes up to 4 or 5 per 1000 gallons depending on other variables.
We are on a well and pay under $2.00 per 1000 gallons.

We were just doing some Christmas shopping last night at a Macy's in Homestead, PA (suburb of Pittsburgh). The store was practically empty, and it's two weeks before Christmas.
