95% of what you post never happens or is down sized and is a small fraction of what was originally planned, but that's how its been for the last 50 years in Buffalo and its been 50 years since a skyscraper, football stadium or new expressway thurway were built. Buy that's what happens when theirs very very little private investment for a 1/2 Century

What happening to Queen City Landing ? and Elmwood crossings & 701 Elliott have been down sized so much are just a fraction of what they were suppose to be that you posted years ago and your link to canal side article also shows a Orchard Park 12% property tax increase

Two restaurants — one on the first floor and another on the sixth floor — are planned. The sixth-floor restaurant will also double as a banquet facility.”

lol It will be tied again for years with studies & environmental studies and lawsuits because it's a brand new design and still interferes with the birds migration patterns, enviroment , green spaces, and Also Bird migration is the reason they cant build a new Peace Bridge
