Do you read the links you post? They want input, they want people to apply, one comment on the apartments article was "who the f wants to live there? ". If there is so much development money why is no one interested in taking the plunge?

You got that from one comment after an article and because another article/segment is asking for input from residents in terms of its Downtown? Odd...There are plenty of other posts with development in the city/area and how dare the city ask its residents for more ideas. Especially in a day and age where much of the development could care less about the impact on residents.

I only went back 2-3 pages, you post page after page after page and its all "if", "may", "possible" it seems like no one wants to commit and take the funds that are allegedly available. Let there be a real commitment from someone and then post, reposting every 5 line news snippet tells nothing.

Many of these posts are of real projects that have come to fruition. Read the whole thread, then comment.
Again, those were the things you got from that post? It was a post about how to maximize business and development potential in Niagara County and developers interested in Downtown Niagara Falls, that wanted input from city residents. So, apparently there are programs that help with said development and there are interested developers. So, the information is relevant to the thread.
I have read the thread and even you stated " There appears to be some development planned, but the key is if it actually occurs.". Let them post that something viable has occurred, you posting every 2 line thing that even mentions were looking for, give us your opinion, now available...
This post has been running for 3 years you would think by now the monies use would have been determined, why don't you let someone else provide inputs if they should appear.

What are you talking about? People can post whatever they want and have been able to do that. I think it has come down to a lack of inactivity from others, which likely has to do with many of the people not living in the state anymore.
Then I also said that there has been some development that has come to fruition as well and posted some examples throughout the thread. Meaning some of the proposals have actually been built.
