This could be a game changer if it gets developed and perhaps if more economic development occurs on Grand Island, those working there could consider new housing if developed in Niagara Falls.
This has been going on since 2007. Given the massive state budget deficit, I am afraid this will become another unrealized dream, like the vast majority of these studies. Basically you get a grant, do a study, replete with public input and by the time everything is ready, this one is 13 years in the making, the funds are not there to do anything.

Right now, sure. However, it looks like there is still some interest in development in the city. So, we'll see.
