Hello.
Can anyone give me the original authentic Buffalo Chicken Chili Recipe?
Thanks in advance. I know you have to be from Buffalo to have the real stuff.

IMO the single most important thing is to use "Frank's cayenne hot sauce" that gives it the buffalo wing flavor.

A mix of butter and Frank's will give you the desired taste.

There isn't anything really authentic or no secret.

I personally throw some shredded chicken, corn, beans, tomatoes, Frank's hot sauce and a little butter into a crock pot and it's good to go.

Thank you drinkthekoolaid! That's a great start. It's white, right? No tomatoes?

The recipe my husband ate, and loved (I didnt taste or see it), was white he said... so I dont know. I wish I would have tasted it then I'd have a clue but a woman said the recipes online are not good like someone has that actually comes from Buffalo, hence this post.
Thank you again
