Not necessarily, as many people may want to do work at a Co-Working Space versus doing it at home, where the potential to network isn’t as high.
Yeesh, you just said it yourself--"VERSUS working at home". Additionally these type of facilities have been around for ages, and there's no question, they are commercial.

Sure, but they seem to have gotten more traction in recent years and given that some people are kind of “Zoomed” out, this would be great for those that want a change.
Keep in mind that this more about remote workers than just strictly working from home, if you look at the OP.
^Sigh...The first one has certain, limited criteria. The second one is basically a small town list and the 3rd, it made 45th out of the many cities in this country. Shrug...
