Election day.

Just wait until November 8th. The one party government does not want to give any ammunition to the opposition. Its all politics. Just like section 8 housing destroyed a lot of rural areas in NYS. Get ready for your new neighbors.

If I'm not mistaken, the big election is next year. Are there any elections this year?

We are just going to see more of this in the days ahead. Is the money these hotels are receiving for housing these migrants worth it as the repairs after they leave is going to be a lot.

I did see a news video of a city where they evicted the residents - many veterans - from a hotel who were paying $300 a week as the gov't approached the owner of the hotel and said he'd receive $700 a week if he accepted the migrants.

Just talked to my son and cousin - seems the illegals are running drug and prostitution rings out of 2 of the hotels across from the airport. Then my other cousin who's a cop said they arrested a guy who robbed a corner store and a supermarket a couple of weeks before that. They were sure he would be held but nope - the judge the next day gave him an appearance ticket and he's back home. The cops are getting fed up as are the residents.
