Rehab planned!

A three-story apartment building on the west side is coming back to life. 250 Virginia Street for 24 apartments. Work should be done rehabbing the building by the end of the year.

Also... Conversion planned for Curtiss Building and the former Continental nightclub building.

A 72-room boutique hotel will add a lot to this section of downtown:

Buffalo City Tower is scrapped. However, there are rumors of a developer buying out the plans for the tower and using them elsewhere for a different location downtown.

33 Gates Circle has been delayed, due to hard economic times, but the site is cleared and ready for construction and should be underway (Developer: Uniland), by around early 2010.

Ive been in the Continental, it was a dive for small bands to play, at least at the time. It will be interesting to see how it turns out.

On a side note, $375k seems cheap. If your going to buy a place for a business or fix up a building, at least you buy for cheap.
