If you didn't see it, the Buffalo News today had a long article on taxes for every town and included the school district. [Example: Lancaster has kids in Lancaster, Clarence and Depew schools. Some towns are a lot worse.] They did a comparison valuing taxes for a $150K full market valuation house. I compared my valuation to the taxes and found them accurate.
