Across from the park..any burglaries? robberies? What's the area like? Can I walk to Elmwood village from there? Art gallery? Is there a lot of traffic on parkside? Is it a family neighborhood or transient student types?
thanks
I live on Parkside but on the other side of hertil ave. As far as I can remember (I havent lived there in 4 years) that area is a little to "rough" for me and I am a Marine. I won't say it is bad but I wouldnt want to raise my family there. I don't know about robbers. I know there is a lot of traffic with the zoo and the exit from the 33 or 198 (I forget which highway that is).
Hope this helps a little.
demand area across from the zoo - nice homes, but not big lots - with great woodwork. If it's in good shape with nice woodwork and priced right - it sells fast.................. lots of single working professional young folk, families are starting to come into the area as well - thumbs up from me!!!!!! IF that's what you want.......it's all about whats important to you - what you want, remember, you are buying a community and a neighborhood, not just a home....
Anyone know anything about the area near Medaille? Burbank Terrace?
Is it a good area? I have two kids......
