What is going on with this thread is exactly why I started it. Its still talk. I want something to get the ball rolling.

Taxes are probably the worst part of Buffalo's problems. It affects both people and businesses on all levels.

Something like this is what I have been talking about: Proposition 2½ - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Its been tried in multiple states under different names. If you look up proposition 13 in California, you can get more information.

Also a side note the forum is "what would you do" not "what are you doing" Rome wasn't built in a day and Buffalo isn't going to get fixed in a day.
That's the point, too many complaints. It's easy to complain, though seems that's the only there is. I feel you are wrong because cheese9988 asked the questions: what would you do to change Buffalo, how far would you go to turning it around? You hadn't answered either question (only filled the thread with complaints), yet still find the need now to question what I am doing?

So what do you guys think about doing a proposition? I would actually want to give it to businesses. This is what I would do. (I just don't know how to implement it)
