I want to move back to buffalo, I am more than qualified for my position, but it seems like the companies want to hire fresh off of graduation college students, has anyone had these kinds of issues and hurdles?

Yes, I've had these issues. It's not just limited to Buffalo. It's basically age discrimination which is illegal.

when I was in the corporate world, I've seen it all the time. The other issue is that when you have more experience you want more money, fresh out of college graduates will do it for less than you will, most likely.
