You do realize Bloomington & St Paul are suburbs of Minneapolis, right? Its not like they are 150 miles apart.
If you are trying to say St Paul is hockeytown but Bloomington (and Minneapolis) couldn't care less it really doesn't help the whole argument you are trying to make.

Bloomington is where the current Mall of America is today, and the very land it sits on is where the Met Center used to be.

Actually, the Bills has support in area close by in PA, the Syracuse area, the Southern Tier and into Southern Ontario.
Also, if take the area it's fan base covers, I think they will be fine.
As for the Sabres, you still can't knock the fan support for them either. It would be different if Canada was further away, but to be honest, it is adjacent to the area and should be counted anyway.
In its NFL Team Valuations, Forbes.com noted that “over the past few seasons the team's small market and antiquated stadium have placed the Bills in the bottom third of revenue of the NFL.” Meanwhile, Canada's largest city and financial capital will have a big time chance to prove it is a more than capable adoptive home for this financial prodigal son of Mr. Wilson.
Sadly, the modern football economy has usurped the heart of the game. Buffalonians can sell out every game from here to the end of football eternity, but it’s the corporate sponsors that put down the money for the luxury boxes that keep teams viable.
Looks like LA got the go ahead for a new stadium ..........

I think there is too much bad blood between Al Davis & LA for him to even consider moving the Raiders back.

The Rams sem the logical choice to go home, just like the Raiders did when they went back to Oakland. Jacksonville is pathetic - 10,000 covered seats and still no sellouts. They also have smallest number of people living within 2 hours of their stadium - the only team in the league under 2 million
Been a few years now, and I think the Toronto experiment wasn't successful. Toronto just won't support a NFL team.
A few things working against the Bills moving to Toronto...
1. Our liquor laws make tailgaiting illegal (and it would be a logistical nightmare to arrange due to the density near the Skydome should these laws be altered for tailgating).
2. High transient population... very few Torontonians, especially those who have arrived in the last twenty years, have a connection to the Bills or Buffalo.... the city itself is unfairly considered a declining, boring, gritty, ugly place deserving of ridicule and absolutely not deserving of any kind of positivity. If a Torontonian follows NFL, he/she is more likely to be a fan of recently successful teams that are often in the public eye, the Cowboys, the Pats, etc.
3. Those that do follow the Bills like heading down south for a game or two a year and making a weekend out of it. Even better if the Sabres are at home on Saturday night (Leafs tix are $$$$$). It costs more sometimes to head in from the Toronto suburbs to go to a Leafs game and grab dinner than it does to drive and house yourself in Buffalo for a weekend and see both a Bills and Sabres game.
4. No appropriate football-only stadium is in the cards. With Ontario's finances in the crapper, the public won't be paying for it.
5. CFL loyalty. This is minor, though. It's more popular out west.
An outside shot is Rogers redeveloping the Skydome and building a football facility slightly outside the city, but the dome is an accessible location right downtown and they've had trouble filling seats.
