Not sure I can really help, as I have never seen a Wrangler for rent locally. However, you might want to try http://www.transitowne.com/rentals.htm (broken link) They are a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer franchise that does rentals. Their site doesn't list a Wrangler, but maybe they might have some available for rent anyway.
