An "old school Philly cat" would definitely know racism when he see's it as few places do it better than Philly. Any white man that wants to experience it first hand should take a walk around Germantown or most of West Philly sometime. Same with an African American trying to hang around Fishtown or Kensington. IMO pretty much every city from DC north & Chicago east has some segregation going on but most of the cities have nothing on Philly & Baltimore.

Yeah, Philly is pretty shaky in that regard. Same with parts of Baltimore too.
