How wealthy are any of you seriously... how educated are any of you seriously... Aegon has been around fr over 150 years and is worth over 400 BILLION dollars look it up on Forbes.com if you dont know what Forbes magazine is... dont bother even typing and trying to sound like a genius.
On another note... have any of you even looked at WFG? All you people that are calling it a scam... did you go read more BS on the internet or did you really go look at it... If i wanted to i could find a million bad comments on any car type that may fit into your "dream car" category, but would that make you less inclined to get a Porsche or Bentleys etc. Your buddy Brandon probably found some people that have vision and dont want to grow up to be bums... and shame on you for not being a good enough friend to even look at it...
Lastly I would like to end with asking a question to all you self proclaimed "experts" WFG has marketing alliances with 100's of companies that im sure all of you have heard of... companies like Prudencial, Pacific Life, Western Reserve Life, Transamerica and the list goes on...I think they did their homework on WFG before you braniacs did your 5 mins of BS research on the internet... so for all of you guys that put a negative spin on WFG before even looking at it shame on you and good luck to you... we dont need people like you... I wish your buddy Brandon luck and if i were you i would call him apologize and take a look at it before you lose your chance

you have a very negative remark on people's comments on WFG. it seems that you take it personally but what you really should do is try to change their minds about how they feel about WFG by writng facts about WFG company and not about personal feelings/emotions into the mix or how else would they know?.? Comment like the one you wrote stays stagnant and it won't solv anything.

Umm, so much for your advice on rhetoric, I see I'm dealing with yet another illiterate undereducated monkey. For your information, Aristotle recommends we use feelings when arguing a point.

WFG is a ton of fun!!
It is so funny reading these threads or posts,,,what ever you call them,,,about WFG being a scam. I have been with the company for about 7 years and can't imagine doing anything else. I may be wrong but I'll bet that Mr Wall St. works for some elitist firm that only caters to the wealthy and that the last time he helped out a middle class Joe Like I was 7 years ago was,,,,,Hmmmm never? I take pride in my company and have helped a good amount of people change their lives financially. The part that probably gets Wall St's rich boy panties in a bunch is that we can and are encouraged to build our own agency by recruiting talent to our company. Pyramid or not, businesses grow by adding new people and hopefully expanding their ability to reach more people. Now I know that unless you have an MBA in at least 7 different fields, the old add people to grow thing might not make much sense to ya so I am sorry if this is over your head. Wouldn't it be funny if Mr Bulls and Bear's firm had a person or two who's job was to scout and recruit talent for his company. Naaa they would never do that,,,what am I thinking. It actually is a bummer reading this young kid's uneducated view/opinion about such a fine company like WFG. I will say this,,,in my WFG experience, I have worked with some absolutely amazing people and seen some incredibly well run offices in, but I would be lying if I said that they are all like that. There are some who I wouldn't be all that excited to be trained and mentored by. With that said, that is the way it is in everything we do in life. You have to take the good, bad, and the ugly and be smart enough to see through the little people who complain and cry when ever something great comes along because they are either to ignorant to understand or are more likely to scared to actually move on a good thing. Hopefully I didn't offend anybody and good luck to all who are reading.

I started reading a few of these posts because the thread title caught my eye.
I will not get into details or try to figure out any financial formulas but I will tell you that I know almost first hand, unfortunately, what these WFG, Amway, Quixtar things are like. If you know ANYBODY that is part of any of it or MAY get pulled into any of it, do your very, very, darnest best to split their brains open and sink some sense into it.
These "business" opportunities, or shall we say "opportunists" are a sad, sad, case.
Talk about cult-type brainwashing. I think I would rather be a communist than a member of any of these "independent business owner" ventures. Unfortunately, they prey and suck in your typical, easily impressed "yuppy".
The founding fathers are the only ones who get to sit and watch their bank accounts and investments flourish, while the flock is alienated from any one who doesn't think and live by the cult teachings. Members go bankrupt, lose their jobs, homes and minds.
The worst part is that they STILL believe that Diamond WILL be theirs too.

ROFL, "uneducated"? For your information, we actually do case studies like WFG and Amway/Quixtar in university. As a matter of fact, I just read about one in my course reader for business ethics (you should learn some, before somebody who you've cheated hunts you down and stabs you in the back). The reason why big corporations seldom hire bums and morons (the undereducated) is exactly because they need smart people.
I'd be happy to give you a published book reference if you don't believe me.
I've been to one of your company's so called "employment seminar" and I really must say, it was a joke from the get-go. The business suits and the office they had didn't approach anything near what we would call "professional". Perhaps the most damning quote I could find while I was there was "If you don't have money, ........ RECRUIT"

BTW, that moron named Rondo actually had the audacity to spread his stupidity on Online Scams, World Financial Group (WFG) Scam | Scam Types dot Com (http://www.scamtypes.com/world-financial-group-wfg-scam.html - broken link)

Oh, and one last thing, before somebody tries to challenge me on my "educated" stature. Let me explicate to you about how "educated" I am.
I read books that aren't recommended by some stupid person like Oprah Winfrey.
(Correction), I READ PERIOD.
I get taught by professors from Stanford, MIT, Princeton et al. (to name a few)
So don't insult me WFG goons.

actually mathguy the premiums the client pays goes to the companies. they use that to insure the person or give that person interest in what ever product they enroll in. because these companies know how to make money with other peoples money they are very profitable thus billions of dollars and pay their own agents with the profits they make. because wfg members bring clients to these companies in such large volume the company makes more money and that is where the commissions to wfg agents come from.
