Has anyone on this forum ever needed to use a focus group to determine a go/no go for a new small business? If so, what was your experience?

part 2.....anyone experience hiring focus group moderators in the Charleston, SC area? What was your experience?

It's probably best for you to get in front of potential customers yourself.

Yes, I know a few people who successfully used focus groups for go/no go on a small business. And I know a North Carolina based moderator that lives not too far from Charleston, SC.
