I've been talking to a company called Tsuvo, they have some kind of software that looks to see what the ratio of people looking for a product vs how many people offer the product. So they were able to tell me that about a thousand people a month do an internet search for what our company sells and that we really only have 2-3 other companies advertising nationwide for this service. My goal is to make sure that at least 10% of the people looking call or email me. Check out survey monkey, I think they do free if not low costs surveys. Best market research would be talking to family and friends.
