help me out. (restaurant, value, people)

ive got a location on an extremely busy street. im talking rush hour traffic. the street is a mile long and it takes almost 20 minutes to get to the other side (only during rush hour...7-9am and 5-6pm).

also there are no restaurants on the whole street except for a sub shop. can you guys think of anything that would thrive?

How is parking? That might be the kicker. Lots of traffic has no value if people can't park and get to your business.

I'd make sure zoning allows whatever business you are considering first.
