I was researching businesses and investment opportunities. But none of these comfortably gives more than 15% ROI.
But purchasing land property in Dhaka, Bangladesh is probably the highest yielding ROI. The reason behind is the non-availability of land and too much population. Dhaka City has 20 million people but the area is less than a small US town. And guess what? You buy 3600 sft of land outskirts of Dhaka by 50,000 US$ and within 10 years it will probably turn to half a million, ten times the initial investment.
The Catch is getting a land free of legal troubles!
Yea same with India. The outskirts of Delhi are becoming popular and within a few years it will be the world's largest city. I wanted to buy a flat $30,000 in the nicer northwest area. Might instead buy something to live in the southern US. I tell my father to stop obsessing with stocks and buy some damn real estate, atleast u can live or vacation in it while it appreciates. I think its the best kind of investment.
