yeah that what i'm thinking of, Toyota reacted in a japanese way while the crisis hit in U.S so here is the conflict emerged constructing the crisis. They didn't consider the cultural differences of the affected community. In my opinion, in the Public Relations you should always following the PR rules when practicing which include considering the cmmmunity that you're dealing with not following what you used to...
