Will your business be a registered corporation? If not, you won't be able to legally use 'corp' or anything similar in your company name.

I would choose the former if the corporation is the one doing the investing, the latter if the corporation provides the investing opportunities.

Personally, I would remove any reference to Corporation from the name. It serves no purpose. You don't see IBM, Inc. in their name, do you?

When choosing a business name it is important to appreciate that Fair Trading may refuse to register a name in certain circumstances, for example:-
1) it is the same as an existing registered business, company or incorporated association name
2) the name or words in the name are restricted by Ministerial Prohibition or State or Federal law
3) it will, in the opinion of Fair Trading, be likely to cause confusion during an inspection of the Register of Business Names
