Hi,

Our small company is hiring and we are getting hundreds of resumes sent directly to our email.

We are wondering if there is a service that would allow us to collect applicant information and resumes from our website and then port all of them to a customizable database.

Basically, we would like to have some way to have them fill out a questionnaire, submit their resume, and have the information stored off our primary server.

Thanks a lot,

tz

How small? How many are you looking to hire?
And most importantly... how far away are you expecting an applicant to come from?

No doubt. Everyone today is like a trained seal with sending apps and resume's by email.
Some think it even works.

Seriously.... how many employee's does your "small co" need to hire?
If you're not looking for more than a few... go to a simpler and LOCALLY oriented process
rather than an even more sophisticated and even more impersonal electronic one.

On line FITB forms are a waste of their and your time.
Let alone how dehumanizing that all is.
