Yeah but "selling out" is not the whole story. Maybe nobody wanted the chain or couldn't get financing on the deal or maybe the Chinese simply paid more for the business than any other suitors.

Every country pirates movies. A large majority come from the USA and Russia. I know because im a pirate.
