I'm interested in receiving consulting from you regarding starting a personal care home. I too live in Georgia. I have been in the personal care business for 10 years now. I have a house picked out, clients ready to move in, but need to know all the rules and regulations and what's out there for funding. Please help. Thanks! Teresa
