Banks are adding fees. Out of network ATMs used to just cost $2 or whatever the ATM charges. Now my bank adds on an additional $2 fee.

A $2 fee for convienence is one thing, but at $4 its not worth it. So I pretty much only go to my banks ATM and get cash back at stores now.

A better business idea is to sell POS products to small businesses to accept credit cards. You get a nice flat fee for the setup/installation, consulting, and markup on product. You also get income from the support of that POS system going forward.
