Westgate - company that owns Kenya mall (2013, investment, companies)

There are at least 2 malls in California called Westgate. Is that the same company that owns the mall in Kenya where the shooting occurred? It may be obvious but I want to make sure.

Westgate is a very common name. You could probably find businesses, towns, schools, and streets named "Westgate" in every state in the USA and probably the UK as well.
