This particular town has no fast food places (McDonald's was there for a few years but shut down due to a lack of business!!!) and is not open to them, so a Starbucks might not be well received.

But of course, a place can be amazing and everything, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't have to be there 15 hours a day.
If it is so amazing, fabulously successful, and a great business why are they selling it?

Yes, that is the million dollar question, isn't it?

I know the current owner has owned it since 2002 and they are also the owner of the building (but building is not for sale), which houses two other shops (not food related). I also know that they bought the business with no prior restaurant/food experience and that they did all the renovations in 2005...however, the real estate won't provide any financials or details unless I sign a confidentiality agreement, and I decided not to do that unless this was something we were really going to consider.
