Companies get data and know our info. I got mail from Officemax saying I spent $120 at Staples, now officemax sends a new letter everyday. They even got my phone number and tried calling me. Are corporations ruining our right to privacy?

You retain your right to privacy when you go to Staples and buy your whatever for cash.

Did you use the Staples Reward Card? They was probably a "your right to privacy" statement somewhere in it that basically said you didn't have any. Did you pay with a debit card? Again, they sell information.

Why don't you tell us which one of the amendments in the Bill of Rights contains the right to privacy. After that, tell us how the Bill of Rights applies to businesses.

The "serious problem" we have here is a complete lack of understanding of the Constitution, including the Bill of Rights, and a lack of understanding of exactly who/what the Bill of Rights protects us from.

Do you know what an urchin is, or ever heard of google analytics? If you don't logout of facebook, google, et al, your stuff is tracked.

Where, exactly, does the Bill of Rights address interaction between businesses and customers?
