Hey, I've spoken to people who think they have a good idea to start a business and they don't sound all that much different than OP's post (which I hope is a joke about the sort of people who have a good idea but not a clue about money or business))

Channel out all the noise, a small service business needs no more than 3k-5k to start which includes licenses and permits. If your starting a cleaning company that could be done fore less than 2k. There is no set amount to start a business its all about how you scale it. You could do a small web design company alone making simple websites, but to make enterprise level sites, you would obviously need a team.
