I don't think you really understand how commodities like corn or soybeans are sold. If you are considering taking delivering of a true large quantity you need to have your own grain processing infrastructure.
Considering that Soybeans are more expensive per tonne than corn, by about 3x, it would be cheaper to buy corn than soybeans in any situation. Oats are cheaper than Corn.

How about shipping costs, then you might want to look local, and in that case it could be almost any grain, from corn to sorghum to millet to rice, depending on where you live
