Are you here to do number 1....or, 2????

Well, they prefer not to characterize their business activity that way.

Agreed. But if it was my business I would have a payments only line and another line for everything else.

PLUS, I believe customers would accept this as 'fair'.

Well I could write a PERT flowchart but I don't have all the required input data.

(And PERT is so '70s, I'm sure there must be much better tools for that today.)

So it wasn't a rise in rent that actual caused the problem, it's all these other things that are your fault that are causing it. I don't think I've ever seen anyone even in an online persona that has more excuses for everything. This leads me to believe this is entertainment via trolling

Very vauge question here but brins dunkin donuts to mind. I hate waiting in line behind some idiot taking 10 minutes to pickout a dozen donuts when I just want a black coffee. I wish they had two lines one for coffee and another for shakes, donuts, sandwhiches, etc.

Nothing is FAIR to broke people in a situation... they would still complain.

They hate themselves for being in that situation and of course will take it out on your company.... the one providing them with a service they need (or believe they need).

That is the mentality... it is always the fault of someone else... or something is always wrong/bad, etc, etc.... negative.. bad, negative...
