When I moved my business from a rented commercial space to my house, I send a change of address to all of my suppliers, to the state and federal tax agencies, and on my invoices as well as a note on the body of the invoices.
AT the postal service I did a change of address (forwarding) form for the business, and inside the mailbox at my home I installed an engraved sign that listed my name and the business name. If you changed cities and/or states I hope you looked into the licensing and zoning, some cities may not allow home based businesses but most, if allowed will require a city business license and will have restrictions on things like number of customers/vendors coming by, noise, and signage.
