How do people get into a position to become entrepreneurs?

How I got in entrepreneurship? Was laid-off, LOL.

I was planning it since I was young and actually self groomed and had some great mentors along the way to ready myself. Learned as much as possible. Got my MBA, started part-time business, and worked full-time for a little while till I was forced to make the leap 100%. Never looked back and have been successful ever since.

6. Focus on the small goals & incremental improvements
7. Be ready to change directions/learn the art of quitting
