When we started our company we used Suntrust for the business checking. I do all of the company books on Quickbooks and can pay bills online with Suntrust. I also got the original company credit card thru them, but have since gotten a Chase business card because it gives you 3% back at certain stores (like home improvement and office supply stores)
We have other banks that we take construction loans from, but that depends on what sort of business you are in.

QuickBooks is MUCH better than Quicken. Quicken is for home finances. QB is for businesses.

Post Bank Selection

[quote=npumcrisz;3003172]Which bank would you recommend for the startup business.

Start with a major bank, one with an international presence. Remember, even if your trade is strictly local or national, it is very possible that some of your suppliers will be international.
