More businesses than ever before seem to be micromanaging. The odd effect is that while it has increased layers of management it has decreased layers of operating staff.
What a game. Major profits going to the top and yet today's worker's-particularly those right out of school -don't seem to get it. They give little consideration to their job benefits and paid time off and job security.
I understand the hypocrisy of schools and big businesses as they're making big profits from this philosophy but I don't understand why parents aren't instilling in their youth a need for job security and benefits.
