Not sure if this is more fashion or business related, but just as VF is splitting into two companies with its outdoors and jeans businesses separating, perhaps PVH should split into two companies, one company focusing on dresswear and sportswear, while the other company focusing on intimate apparel and swimwear. Here is how I would split the companies.

Company A - Dresswear/Sportswear
  • Tommy Hilfiger
  • Van Heusen
  • IZOD
  • ARROW
  • Geoffrey Beene

Company B - Intimates/Swimwear
  • Calvin Klein
  • Warner's
  • Olga
  • True & Co
  • Speedo

Does anyone think such a split would be a good idea?
