Privately held, but very strong financials / reputation / business model, will be even more of a bargain if it includes it's very prime Real Estate holdings throughout the western states. I hope they can retain their company culture in the future. (Customer service, quality products)
They should bundle quick lube and car wash with the tires. I dont think there is a big chain vehicle service in the NYC metro. There is a lot of independent mechanics, and then the dealers. Dont the car dealers out west offer service plans?
