ATT sales representatives sales scandal including creating fake accounts to get new sign ups then frequently cancelling account before the customer/victim billed again.

I understand 'high pressure' but the people who do this crap aren't exactly models of ethical fortitude regardless of what their management is doing to them. I love how many in sales think or even say things like 'It sales, lying is normal' which is nothing but an excuse to rationalize their unethical if not criminal behavior. They can do all the gymnastics they want with company procedure and billing process but in the end they are liars or criminals.

Sounds similar to what Wells Fargo staff was caught doing several years ago.
